Biscuits, Muffins & Rolls
Beer Rolls
- 4 cups Bisquick
- 12 ounces beer
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Mix ingredients together and put in greased muffin tins. Bake at 400
degrees for 20 minutes if they are to be served immediately. Bake only
10 minutes if they are to be frozen and warmed for 10 minutes when they
are served. Makes 16 to 20 rolls

Keepsake Biscuits
- 1 quart milk or cream
- 1 1/2 cups butter or lard
- 2 T white sugar
- 1 good tsp salt
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- Enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Knead the dough well. Make sure it is stiff. Mold into neat, smal biscuits
with your hands. Bake well and you will have a good sweet biscuit that will
keep for several weeks in a dry place. They make a good traveling lunch.
